Dynamic Duo Support is driven by a compassionate and highly skilled team with over 30 years of combined experience in the human services field. We specialize in providing unwavering support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities linked to New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Our approach focuses on collaborating closely with individuals, their families, and identified support systems, utilizing a dedicated teaming method to ensure the highest quality of care and support. Bruce LaCass – Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder, Dynamic Duo Support
Bruce LaCass is a driving force behind transformative care for individuals with developmental, behavioral, intellectual, and physical disabilities. As CEO and Co-Founder of Dynamic Duo Support, Bruce blends two decades of experience in the human services field with leadership, innovation, and advocacy, ensuring every individual receives the personalized support they deserve.
A Rowan University graduate, Bruce has built a remarkable career in case management, staff supervision, and community-based support services. Before co-founding Dynamic Duo Support, he served as Assistant Director of a Community-Based Support Organization, overseeing critical programs that empowered individuals to live more independent and fulfilling lives. His eight years with the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) provided him with invaluable expertise in navigating complex care systems and guiding families toward stability and success.
Bruce also has extensive experience working within the New Jersey Children’s System of Care, where he has helped families secure essential resources and support for individuals with disabilities. His deep understanding of this system allows him to bridge the gap between youth and adult services, ensuring a seamless transition for individuals as they age into long-term care options.

Daniel Kelly – Chief Operations Officer & Co-Founder, Dynamic Duo Support
Daniel Kelly is a dedicated leader and advocate in the field of human services, bringing over two decades of experience in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD/DDD). As Chief Operations Officer Co- Founder of Dynamic Duo Support, Daniel plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and helping individuals access the services they need to thrive.
A graduate of Roger Williams University, Daniel has held various leadership positions throughout his career, including serving as Assistant Executive Director (AED) in Ocean County, where he managed residential homes for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. His experience extends to working as a Support Coordinator and Direct Support Professional (DSP), giving him firsthand insight into the challenges individuals face and the best strategies to provide meaningful, effective support.
